Common Questions
When can I enroll in Medicare?
Most people first become eligible around their 65th birthday: a seven-month window called your Initial Enrollment Period. There are also annual periods each fall and special periods if you lose other coverage. We’ll help you figure out which one applies to you.
Do you only offer one company’s plans?
No. We're independent and represent multiple carriers, so we can compare options and recommend what actually fits your doctors, medications, and budget, not what pays us the most.
What does it cost to work with you?
Nothing. Our guidance is always free to you. We're paid by the insurance carriers, and that's the same whether you enroll on your own or with our help, so there's no cost to having an expert in your corner.
What’s the difference between Medicare Advantage and Medigap?
They're two different ways to round out Original Medicare, with different trade-offs in cost, flexibility, and how you see doctors. There's no single right answer: it depends on your situation, and that's exactly what we'll walk through together.
