Lancer Claims Director
CalSurance
Location: Orange, CA
Job Summary:
The Director position at Lancer Claims Services reports to a Claims Supervisor. The chief duty of the Director is to adjust difficult losses for the program to which she/he is assigned. The Director is involved in complicated programs that generate high awareness among the client, the sponsoring company, and CalSurance. She/he will often be called upon to make presentations to these groups.
Required Competencies:
- 3 to 5 years claims handling.
- 3to 5 years professional liability claims handling experience.
- Good organizational skills, detail oriented, self motivated.
- Experience with life insurance and securities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel etc.).
- Critical thinking.
- Can handle multiple changing priorities.
- BA Degree or extensive work in the insurance field that would be the equivalent.
Salary Range: Based on Experience & Credientials
Relocation Expenses: Not Covered
