Job Summary:
Brown & Brown of Detroit (formerly ALCOS) is looking for highly motivated salespeople to join our team of experienced sales professionals. As one of the largest agencies in metro-Detroit, we need new sales executives to assist us in carrying an unmatched tradition of success in this industry. If you have an innate drive to win and desire a profession where your accomplishments can offer unlimited potential income, you may be a fit with our firm. You must have the ability to prospect and set appointments with clients, analyze existing retirement plans, and present alternative designs to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients.

Required Competencies:
• Self starter with competitive and entrepreneurial spirit • Results oriented – ability to create relationships and close sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Four year college degree • Must hold current Series 6 and 63 securities licenses • Prior sales experience with qualified retirement plans is not required but desired.

Salary Range: 100% Commission based with base compensation for first year
Relocation Expenses: Not covered
