Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Job Summary:
F-T Responsible for day-to-day servicing needs of commercial lines Customers, including new and renewal business processing and maintain Customer relations with the day-to-day technical buyer.
Required Competencies:
- Valid property and casualty license
- Three or more years of commercial, property and casualty experience
- High School diploma
- Insurance designation preferred but should be willing to pursue a designation
- Exceptional organization and Customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must be an enthusiastic, self-starter
- PC proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Knowledge of agency management systems preferred
