Enrollment Specialist

Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Job Summary:
Brown & Brown of Detroit (formerly ALCOS) is looking for an Enrollment Specialist. This position works as a liaison between our clients and insurance carriers to coordinate the employee enrollment process into various insurance plans (medical, dental, disability, etc.).
Required Competencies:
Knowledge of group insurance products (Health, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life etc.) highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, responsive and self-motivated
• Task oriented
• Must be team player
• Proficient in MS Office software, Applied and/or industry software experience a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience
Relocation Expenses: Not covered
