Job Summary:
Brown & Brown is seeking an experienced sales representative to generate new business production through the sale of Personal Lines Insurance products. Candidate should have a clear knowledge of personal lines insurance products and programs designed to fit the needs of high net worth individuals. Qualified applicants will have the ability to manage schedules, set appointments with prospective clients, analyze existing exposures, and present alternative solutions to fulfill the needs of prospects and clients. Income potential is unlimited.
Required Competencies:
- Must have documented proven success in personal lines sales and be interested in developing a career within the personal lines insurance field.
- Must be able to think quickly and improvise in a variety of different situations.
- Must be a Self Starter with the ability to create, develop and break relationships.
- Four year college degree preferred.
