Job Summary:
Individual who is looking for opportunity to provide commercial property & casualty knowledge and expertise to prospective clients. Ability to self-manage, prospect, develop long lasting relationships and build book of clients. Lead generation through cold calling, community involvement, internal referrals and the development of professional relationships. This position provides unlimited earning potential and advancement opportunities to career minded individual.
Required Competencies:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and break relationships professionally
- Property & Casualty Licensed (preferred)
- High degree of self discipline and motivation
Salary Range: Salary plus incentives year 1 – 3 and then full commission
