Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary:
Provide customer service for group medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance programs. Respond and resolve client questions regarding their employee benefits program and claims issues. Maintain our client databases . Build relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Market client renewals and prepare proposals to ensure best value to employers and employees.
Required Competencies:
- Virginia Life & Health License
- Minimum of two years employee benefits experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills - Expertise with Excel, Word and Power Point
Salary Range: DOE, salary plus bonus
